2. Reservations and Bookings

• All bookings are subject to availability and formal confirmation from the hotel.
• A valid government-issued photo ID (Passport, Aadhar Card, or Driver's License) is required upon check-in for all guests.
• Guests must be at least 18 years of age to make a reservation.
• The hotel reserves the right to refuse service or cancel reservations if the provided information is inaccurate or fraudulent.

3. Check-In and Check-Out

• Check-In Time: 2:00 PM
• Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Please contact our front desk or your personal host in advance to arrange this.

4. Payment Terms

Full payment or a predetermined deposit is required at the time of booking, depending on the selected rate plan. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and secure online payment gateways. All incidental charges incurred during your stay must be settled upon check-out.

5. Hotel Code of Conduct

As a sanctuary in the holy city of Vrindavan, we maintain a serene and spiritual environment.

• Sattvic Environment: We serve strictly vegetarian (Sattvic) food. The consumption of non-vegetarian food and alcohol in public areas is strictly prohibited.
• Noise Levels: To preserve the tranquility of the sanctuary, guests are expected to keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during meditation and rest hours (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
• Damage to Property: Any damage to hotel property, including hand-carved furnishings, fine art, and linens, will be billed to the guest's account.

6. Liability

While we employ strict security measures, Walk2Vrindavan is not liable for the loss, theft, or damage of personal valuables. In-room safes are provided in all suites for your convenience. The hotel is not responsible for personal injuries or accidents that occur on the premises, except where caused by our gross negligence.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We use your information solely to provide hospitality services, process transactions, and communicate with you regarding your stay. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mathura/Vrindavan, Uttar Pradesh.
